Return’s Timeframe:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging.

 

RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURE

How do I request a refund, return, or exchange?

Handling returns is an essential part of running a business. Bestseller Geeks is here to help!

We have put together the following steps to make this process easier:

  1. In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request from you as our customer, contact our Customer Support team via email by clicking on one of the following 2 LINKS below, depending if your product was a “Ready to Deliver Product”  or if it was a “Print on Demand Product”. Examples of each category please read underneath.

    NOTE:  Before clicking on each link, continue reading the instructions below. 

    Ready to Deliver Products

    (Examples: furniture, electronics, gadgets, tools, etc)

     

    Print on Demand Products

    (Examples: T-shirt, Mug, Yoga Mat, Apparel, Shoes or Decoration from Mystsym or Trismagisto).

     

  2. Make sure to include the evidence (picture of the item showing the issue). After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse address provided on the e-mail we sent you.

  3. You must return the product and provide a tracking number.

  4. Once the tracking number has been provided (and once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.

  5. In order for Bestseller Geeks to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product, we require a tracking number for the item returned.

Please note that we provide:

  • Refund if the item is not as described, or if the item arrived damaged;

  • Refund minus the shipping cost if you don’t want the product you’ve received. You as a customer must return the item at your expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused.

 

Accepted Reasons for Returns:

In general terms, we accept returns when you receive a wrong product, when the product arrived in a wrong color or design compared to the original order. We also accept returns of products that arrive with manufacturing or material deficiencies (in bad shape or poor quality compared to the product’s images and descriptions)

Return Exemptions:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. A good example is Printed On Demand T-Shirts.

 

Return Policy for Print on Demand Products

At our Print on Demand business, each product is unique and produced only once an order is placed.

Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if you as a customer simply changed your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund.

To qualify for a return, make sure you contact us within 14 days of product delivery using the “Submit Issue” form and provided on this link:

Please take and upload a clear photo showing the issue. 

Please note that we will not offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. We do not accept minor variations in print placement of  an image.  Variations up to 0.5″ are not considered defects.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Perishable goods.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We will provide the correct address for your specific case depending on the type of product you purchased.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Details about Refund’s Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are sold final and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email HERE,  and we will let you know the correct return address where you can send your item to.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send us first a message using our CONTACT FORM.

Once we accept the return, you will receive another email with the correct address where to ship your product to.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
